A MORE INTENTIONAL APPROACH
Your goals are the starting point.
Each Peak program is designed around what you want to improve, with care personalized to your health, lifestyle, and goals.
Weight is harder to manage. Your energy has changed. Your digestion is unpredictable. Your hormones, sleep, libido, hair, or recovery don't feel like they used to.
Maybe something feels off
Maybe you feel fine and want to feel even better
You’re not necessarily trying to fix a problem. You want to better understand your health, optimize how you feel and perform, and make informed decisions that support your long-term health.
You have questions about your health and want to understand what your symptoms, history, and lab results are actually telling you. Peak helps connect the dots and gives you a clearer picture of what may be happening.
Maybe you simply want answers
01 - WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
More than weight loss.
Sustainable weight loss is about more than a number. Your metabolism, nutrition, body composition, lifestyle, health history, and medications can all influence how your body responds. Peak takes those factors into account from the beginning.
Peak’s Weight Management program starts with two in-depth physician consultations to establish a clear picture of your health, goals, and what may be standing in the way of progress. From there, Dr. Moss develops an individualized treatment plan that may include GLP-1/GIP medications when appropriate, along with ongoing medication management and clinical oversight.
Body-composition tracking provides a more meaningful view of progress than weight alone, helping your care evolve as your body and needs change. The focus extends beyond losing weight to building an approach that supports maintaining your results over time.
-
• GLP-1/GIP or other medication management
• Comprehensive laboratory evaluation
• Dose titration + safety monitoring
• Plateau + side-effect management
• Nutrition consultations
• Protein + nutrient strategies
• Resistance-training + muscle-preservation guidance
• Body-composition tracking
• Maintenance + medication-transition planning
02 - WOMEN’S HEALTH
Feel better. Function better.
Age better.
Changes in hormones can affect far more than your cycle. Energy, sleep, mood, libido, body composition, hair, bone health, and metabolic health can all shift over time, and understanding how those pieces connect is an important part of determining what comes next.
Peak’s Women’s Health program begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and relevant lab work. Dr. Moss looks at the full picture to identify areas that may be contributing to how you feel and develops an individualized plan based on your needs and goals.
Depending on your evaluation, care may include hormone therapy, medications, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, exercise recommendations, and ongoing lab monitoring. Your plan is continually reviewed and adjusted as your body, symptoms, and goals evolve.
-
• Hormone health, perimenopause + menopause
• Energy, sleep + overall well-being
• Sexual health + libido
• Metabolic health, weight + body composition
• Muscle, strength + bone health
• Hair health + healthy aging
• Nutrition + preventive health
03 - MEN’S HEALTH
More than testosterone.
Men’s health is often reduced to a single hormone or number. At Peak, the conversation is broader. Changes in energy, strength, body composition, sexual health, hair, sleep, and performance can have many contributing factors, and understanding those factors comes before deciding how to treat them.
Your care begins with a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and relevant lab work. Dr. Moss interprets those findings together, not in isolation, to develop a personalized approach to improving how you feel and function.
Treatment may include hormone therapy when appropriate, medications, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle support, exercise strategies, sexual health care, and ongoing monitoring. Hair preservation, treatment, and restoration options can also be addressed, including transplantation when appropriate.
-
• Testosterone + hormone health
• Energy, sleep + recovery
• Sexual health + fertility
• Metabolic health + body composition
• Muscle, strength + performance
• Hair preservation, treatment + restoration
• Hair transplantation
• Cardiometabolic risk + preventive health
• Nutrition + healthy aging
04 - GUT HEALTH + BLOATING
Stop guessing.
Start finding answers.
Persistent bloating and digestive symptoms can have many potential causes, which is why repeating the same elimination diets, supplements, or temporary fixes may not provide the answers you’re looking for.
Peak’s Gut Health + Bloating program takes a structured approach: measure, investigate, treat, track, and adjust. Your extended initial consultation gives Dr. Moss the opportunity to understand your symptoms, health history, previous treatments, diet, lifestyle, and patterns in greater detail before determining what evaluation makes sense.
The goal isn’t to put you through another round of things you’ve already tried. It’s to better understand what may be driving your symptoms and create a more intentional path forward.
-
• Measure symptoms + visible distention
• Investigate potential underlying causes
• Treat identified triggers + contributors
• Track symptoms, patterns + progress
• Adjust treatment based on response
