HOW IT BEGINS
Start with answers.
Men’s Health begins with two in-depth physician consultations.
01
Understand your starting point
Review your medical history, symptoms, hormone concerns, sexual health, fertility priorities, sleep, energy, nutrition, activity, hair health, and goals. A seca body composition scan helps inform your evaluation.
02
Build your personalized plan
You and Dr. Moss will review your lab and test results together, discuss what the findings mean for your health and goals, and establish a personalized care plan. Recommendations may include medical treatment, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, monitoring, and preventive care.
You can use these recommendations independently or continue into the Men’s Health Program for ongoing treatment and support. Ongoing program care is optional.
ONGOING PROGRAM CARE
What your program includes
