Still searching for lasting relief?
If you’ve tried elimination diets, fat-burning lasers, probiotics, supplements, or other treatments without lasting improvement, Peak offers a systematic approach to investigating your symptoms and identifying appropriate next steps.
Explore when symptoms occur, how they affect your daily life, and whether you’re experiencing bloating, visible distention, or both.
Understand your patterns
Make targeted changes
Introduce individualized treatments and nutrition strategies with defined ways to evaluate your response, rather than changing everything at once.
Investigate potential contributors
Your history and evaluation guide appropriate testing and assessment. Previous results and treatment experiences help inform what to investigate next.
Track and adjust
Monitor symptoms, review what’s helping, and adjust your plan. Specialist referrals and additional therapies can be coordinated when appropriate.
The goal is meaningful improvement and a clearer understanding of what helps you maintain it.
A PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Build on what you’ve already tried
Persistent digestive symptoms can affect how you eat, dress, exercise, travel, and feel in your body.
Peak takes time to understand your experience, including previous diagnoses, tests, diets, medications, and supplements. Your care plan considers what helped, what didn’t, and where further investigation may be useful.
WHO IT MAY HELP
If you want support with…
Persistent or recurrent bloating
Visible abdominal distention
Excessive gas or food-related digestive symptoms
Constipation or unclear food triggers
Ongoing symptoms despite previous diets or treatments
Previously diagnosed IBS with continuing concerns
HOW IT BEGINS
Start with answers.
Gut Health & Bloating begins with one extended, in-depth physician consultation.
01
Understand your symptoms and history
Review your symptom patterns, medical history, previous diagnoses, testing, treatment attempts, nutrition, bowel habits, medications, supplements, and lifestyle. Dr. Moss also evaluates relevant warning signs and potential contributors.
02
Build your treatment plan
Your evaluation guides an individualized strategy for further investigation, targeted treatment, nutrition support, and progress tracking.
For ongoing care, the Gut Health & Bloating Program offers six- or twelve-month memberships based on your symptoms, history, and clinical needs.
ONGOING PROGRAM CARE
What your program includes
Coordinated clinical care
Monthly meetings with your clinical team, with physician and nutrition care coordinated throughout the program. Follow-up appointments after the initial consultation are included in membership.
Nutrition and Lifestyle
Consultations with our Nutrition Coach, plus continued support to investigate individual triggers, maintain adequate nutrition, and reintroduce foods when appropriate. The aim is a sustainable eating strategy with fewer unnecessary restrictions.
Symptom tracking and treatment adjustments
Track symptoms and, when appropriate, visible abdominal expansion to evaluate progress. Treatment can be adjusted based on your response, with additional testing or coordination of other therapies when clinically indicated.
A plan for maintaining progress
Develop a clearer understanding of what helps, strategies for maintaining improvement, and next steps if symptoms return. Active members may also use Peak’s seca body-composition scale at no additional charge.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
-
Bloating is the sensation of abdominal pressure, fullness, or swelling. Distention is visible or measurable expansion of the abdomen. You may experience one or both, and the distinction helps guide your evaluation.
-
Your Peak team reviews what you’ve tried and how you responded. That information helps shape your plan rather than automatically repeating approaches that haven’t helped.
-
Testing depends on your symptoms, history, previous results, and physician evaluation. Dr. Moss will recommend investigations when appropriate and refer you for specialist care when needed.
-
The six-month program generally suits less complex symptoms or a shorter symptom history. The twelve-month program allows more time for long-standing or complex concerns, previous unsuccessful treatments, additional therapies, and ongoing adjustments. Your clinical team will recommend an appropriate option.
-
No. Unlike Peak’s other programs, Gut Health & Bloating uses a six- or twelve-month membership commitment. Your team will discuss the recommended duration and membership terms before enrollment.
