Nutrition and resistance-training guidance supports your body-composition goals alongside medical treatment.
A PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Care built around your body and your goals.
Weight management involves more than a prescription or a number on the scale. Your medical history, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, activity, medications, and previous weight-loss experiences all help shape the right approach for you.
Peak considers these factors together to develop an individualized plan. Treatment may include GLP-1/GIP or other weight-management medications, alongside strategies that support strength, muscle preservation, and long-term health.
Adjust with guidance
Ongoing care may include dose adjustments, monitoring your response, and managing side effects or weight-loss plateus.
Plan for maintenance
Build a long-term strategy with continued support through active weight loss and maintenance.
Medication is only one part of your personalized plan. Ongoing membership includes physician follow-ups and nutrition support after your initial consultation.
Not Interested in GLP-1 Medications?
Peak also offers personalized weight management plans centered on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and non-GLP-1 treatment options.

HOW IT BEGINS
Start with answers.
Weight Management begins with two in-depth physician consultations.
01
Understanding your starting point
During your initial appointment, Dr. Moss will review your medical and weight history, previous attempts, medications, nutrition, sleep, activity, and goals. A seca body composition assessment will help inform the evaluation. Based on your individual needs, Dr. Moss will determine which labs or additional testing may be appropriate and order them for completion following your appointment.
02
Build your personalized plan
During this follow-up appointment, Dr. Moss will review your lab and test results from your initial evaluation and use those findings to develop a personalized plan. Together, you'll discuss recommendations for medical treatment, nutrition, lifestyle changes, progress tracking, and next steps tailored to your health goals.
Use your recommendations independently or continue into the program for ongoing treatment and support. Ongoing program care is optional.
ONGOING PROGRAM CARE
What your program includes
GLP-1 + Weight Management Care
All Peak clinical follow-up appointments after the initial consultations. Medication care may include prescribing, dose adjustments, monitoring, side-effect and plateau management, and maintenance planning.
Nutrition and Lifestyle
Consultations with our Nutrition Coach, plus check-ins and adjustments as needed. Guidance may address protein, meal structure, food choices, activity, resistance training, and recovery.
Body-Composition Tracking

Support Through Maintenance
Care doesn't stop when you reach your goal. Your team will help adjust your plan as your needs evolve, including guidance on safely transitioning off GLP-1 medications when appropriate. With continued support, personalized lifestyle strategies, and progress monitoring, we'll help you maintain your results and build healthy habits for long-term success.
