HOW IT BEGINS
Start with answers.
Women’s Health begins with two in-depth physician consultations.
01
Understand your starting point
Dr. Moss reviews your medical and family history, current concerns, relevant hormone and menstrual history, sleep, energy, sexual health, nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive priorities. A seca body composition scan helps inform your evaluation.
02
Build your personalized plan
Your lab results and test findings guide recommendations.
You can use those recommendations independently or continue into the Women’s Health Program for ongoing treatment and support. Ongoing program care is optional.
ONGOING PROGRAM CARE
What your program includes
Physician care and health management
After the initial consultations, all follow-up appointments with the Peak clinical team are included in the program.
Your care may address energy, sleep, metabolic health, sexual health, hair health, hormones, and preventive priorities. Recommendations may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, supplements, or prescription treatments based on your needs. Your plan evolves with your goals, laboratory findings, and response to care.
Nutrition and lifestyle
Your program includes consultations with our Nutrition Coach, along with continued check-ins, education, and adjustments as needed.
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance works alongside your medical care and may address food choices, protein intake, metabolic health, strength, activity, recovery, and sustainable habits.
Body-composition tracking
Peak’s seca medical body-composition technology helps track changes in fat mass and muscle mass over time.
Active program members may use the scale as frequently as they would like at no additional charge and even without a scheduled appointment.
Care through changing life stages
Ongoing care supports your current concerns and longer-term priorities, including strength, bone health, sexual health, metabolic health, hair health, and healthy aging.
